Legal Secretary – Dispute Resolution & Litigation 

MST Lawyers, is looking for an experienced legal secretary to join our high performing Dispute Resolution & Litigation team on a full time basis.

This position will involve you working closely with Principals and  Lawyers in the team and embraces all legal secretarial duties such as:

  • dicta typing
  • typing of correspondence
  • preparation of briefs, court documents and folders
  • communicating with and answering client queries
  • filing and file management
  • assisting with ad-hoc requests as required

The successful applicant must have a sound knowledge of litigation and court processes and procedures.  Strong organisational and time management skills are a must, as is a high attention to detail. You must also possess a strong work ethic, be able to work under pressure and as part of a team and be committed to providing excellent service to our clients whilst also maintain a high level of confidentiality in all that you do. Knowledge of Lexis Affinity is an advantage.
